- Abstracts has to be submitted website and to read the submission guidelines prior to submit the abstract.
- The name of the presenting author has to be BOLDED in the list of the authors
- The submitting author must avoid utilizing symbols
- The submitted abstract should utilize clear English language, proper grammar, and spelling
- The co-authors are required to be aware of the abstract submission content
- You may submit more than 1 abstract
- Abstracts will not be edited after final submission. The author can present update at day of presentation
- You will receive a confirmation email after final submit. If you do not receive a confirmation email contact us
- The final acceptance abstracts are required to register for the conference ( special discount will be offered for authors)
- The none registered author will be excluded from oral presentation/ poster presentation

-5 Author and co-authors' details
-6 Full first and family name(s)
-7 Affiliation content: department, Institution, city, country
-8 Abstract title limited to 25 words
-9 Abstract text limited to 250 words including graphs and tables
-10 Abstract must be submitted with the following sections: (Introduction, Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusions)
-11 Figures, tables and other illustrations should not be included in the abstract
SUBMISSION GUIDLINES
- Abstracts should focus on clear and well-demonstrated clinical signs.
- Submissions may include:
- Clinical photographs
- Short video clips
- Radiological images (if relevant to the case)
- All submitted materials must maintain high educational value and clarity. Ethical Considerations:
- Informed consent is mandatory for any images or videos involving patients, including identifiable or non-identifiable body parts.
- Patient confidentiality and privacy must be strictly maintained.
